Can I have a high-quality sales head when my budget can't
afford one?

We provide flexibility. You can either opt for the right quality - part time - to fit your budget, or as we don’t apply up-front charges and contracts are month-to-month, your risk in getting the right head (and weighing cost - v - results delivered) is minimised.

How do you find the right people?

A.
We apply traditional recruitment techniques to attract and identify candidates combined with our very extensive contact network. It has been proven that only good level salespeople are willing to work in our model - the ‘chaff’ is exposed too quickly. Good sales people love our model, poor ones avoid it like the plague...

What about paying commission on sales?

A.
Commission and targets are negotiated at the outset. Payments go directly (through SalesGap) to the resource.

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

We are headquartered in Edinburgh but our services cover all of the UK. Our clients are organisations outside Scotland who want to operate in Scotland, Scottish organisations who want to move to the rest of the UK and organisations across the UK who want to grow/develop their business in any geography.

What sectors do you work in?

A.

Our model is a generic one and fits any organisation with telesales and/or sales resource requirements. Our early clients were mostly in the technology space but we have also carried out work in food and FMCG, recruitment, telecommunications and property.

Do you always accept responsibility for the targets?

A.

We like to do this - it proves our desire to remain truly part of your sales process. However some organisations (typically larger ones) prefer to manage this entirely in-house, in this case we simply deliver the resource as required

How long do you work with a client?

A.

Our goal is to work with our clients ‘for life’ We are not an ‘upfront deal’ organisation. However, some of our clients do like the resource delivered so much they take them permanent and this is fine with us too.
