Craig McKenna - Director, Business and Strategy
Craig provides an exceptional entrepreneurial ‘out-of-the-box’ mentality to business. His experience and passion is for sales and business development and he is at his best in a ‘hands on’ sales and execution role.
Craig has substantial experience with one of the world's top three software vendors where he was responsible for support services sales across a number of markets and accounts.
Since leaving the corporate world Craig has developed an approach to sales staffing which complemented the concepts SalesGap was working on. Craig also delivers extensive networking and contacts which have been of great value to new clients.

Brian Grainge - Finance Director
Brian handles the back office aspects of the business. His background is primarily in finance but he also has broad commercial experience gained in service and manufacturing sectors.
He has extensive experience of managing business growth (including generating the business plans and funding for major investment projects in Scotland) and complements the team by delivering a strategic input and performance measurement.

Benny Placido - Advisor
Benny is a very experienced sales and marketing professional who has specialised in the computer, associated software and electronic industry. He has extensive industry network skills and significant expertise in developing operating structures and organisational systems.
He has in excess of 30 years experience in sales and marketing across Europe with organisations like Burroughs Machines, Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment. He was then appointed European Channel Marketing Manager with 3Com.
Latterly, Benny was the CEO of Pilgrim Systems Plc for 5 years where he proactively drove the organisation forward by introducing new strategic sales and marketing systems and processes as well as new disciplines, like product management, into the whole company. He is also a founder of 2in10 (www.2in10.com) a leading venture management company.
